Plain-English summaries — drafts for structure only; have a lawyer review before launch. Last updated July 2026.

1. Services & scope

AnswerHound provides answer-engine optimization, website and landing-page builds, hosting, domain registration and management, review-request tooling, and reporting, as described in your order form. Fixed-scope packages mean fixed scope: work outside your tier is quoted separately before we do it.

2. Exclusivity

While your subscription is active and paid, we will not provide services to another business holding the same Google Business primary category within your contracted city. Your slot is defined in your order form by GBP primary category plus 3–5 named search queries. Exclusivity ends when your subscription ends.

3. Term & cancellation

All retainers are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with notice before your next renewal date; service and exclusivity continue through the paid period. One-time builds (Launchpad) are non-refundable once delivered. Domains registered for you are transferred to you at no cost on request.

4. No guarantees — honest expectations

AI engine behavior is controlled by third parties and changes without notice. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, recommendations, lead volumes, or revenue. We commit to the deliverables in your tier, transparent reporting, and a realistic 3–5 month horizon for meaningful movement.

5. Your responsibilities

You warrant that information you give us (licenses, credentials, service claims) is accurate, and you grant us access needed to deliver (e.g., Google Business Profile manager invite). You may not use our review tooling contrary to the review policy — we can suspend service to protect legal compliance.

6. Liability & disputes

Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. [Governing law / arbitration venue — to be set with counsel.]
